Shipping Services:

We offer shipping through either UPS and USPS (or if you're close enough to our office we may also consider delivery by singing telegram).


Shipping Cost:

During the checkout process we use the zipcode you provid to query UPS and USPS using our accounts. They reply with our special discounted shipping prices and the cost you see represents the exact charge based on the weight of the items in your shipping cart. We would appreciate hearing from you if you experience any problems during this process.


Estimated delivery time to your location:

We are located in Southern California just outside of Los Angeles. Shipping times will vary depending on how far you are from our location. For UPS click here to see a map showing the estimated number of "in-transit" days to your state or location. The USPS website states shipping takes "two to three days to most locations" and we consider this to be consistent with our experience.


Order Handling:

All orders placed before 1:30 PM PST will usually be shipped within two business days. You may choose your shipping provider during checkout. If you need your order shipped sooner, please call us at 800-873-5957 (or 626-258-0049 for international or California callers), and we'll do everything we can do accommodate! We do our best to take good care of our customers and we greatly appreciate your business.


Order confirmations:

You should receive an order confirmation email following your purchase. In addition you should receive an order update email containing the tracking number for the shipping service you selected within 2 business days.


Order tracking:

To track UPS shipments please follow this URL. To track USPS shipments please go here and enter the number from your order confirmation.


Order delays:

From time to time, unforeseen circumstances prevent us from shipping your order within 1 business day. Should this happen we will inform you by telephone or email that your order has been delayed and provide you with an estimated shipping date. We are a small, family owned company and greatly appreciate your patience if your order has been delayed. We do our best to take good care of our customers and we greatly appreciate your business.

User accounts:

You have the option of maintaining a user account that can save your shipping and billing addresses for faster checkout. To log in and access your account go to the user page. If you have any trouble logging in please send us an email or call us at 800-873-5957 (626-258-0049 outside the U.S.) and we can reset your password for you.


Reset password / Trouble accessing account:

If you need to reset your password or are having other problems accessing your account please follow the reset password link. If this does not resolve your access issue please call us and we can perform a password reset on our side. 800-873-5957 (626-258-0049 outside the U.S.).
